SMCL celebrates 102nd birth anniversary of local hero

To commemorate the 102nd birth anniversary of the Biñan local hero, Saint Michael's College of Laguna spearheaded activities at the City Library and Museum on Sept. 16.

Rogelio Ligaya Limaco, former mayor of Biñan, was hailed as town hero by the City Council due to his sacrifice during World War II, when he saved his male constituents from being massacred by the Japanese troops.
